17th Annual Research Awards Gala

You are cordially invited to join the ASE Foundation at our premiere fundraising event, the Annual Research Awards Gala! This year’s event will take place Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 6:30 – 11:00 PM in the Colorado Ballroom of the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Please join us for an evening to celebrate cardiovascular ultrasound research and honor ASE’s 2026 Award Winners.

Registration options begin with Advocate, Benefactor, and Patron Tables as well as Patron Tickets. Individual tickets at the Advocate and Benefactor level may be available for purchase at a later date.

Table & Ticket Options
A portion of each table or ticket sale is considered a U.S. charitable donation to the ASE Foundation’s 2026 Annual Appeal.

ADVOCATE TABLE – $7,500 – SOLD OUT
Purchasing a table at this level receives premier seating for 10, a full-page ad and recognition in the Gala program*, a slide in the ASE Scientific Sessions filler slide deck**, a listing on the ASEF website, as well as recognition during the event.

BENEFACTOR TABLE – $6,300 
Purchasing a table at this level receives prime seating for 10, recognition in the Gala program*, a listing on the ASEF website, and recognition during the event.

PATRON TABLE – $5,100 – Limited 
Purchasing a table at this level receives seating for 10, recognition in the event program*, and a listing on the ASEF website.

PATRON TICKETS – $510 EACH – Limited
Purchasing a ticket at this level will reserve an individual seat, the final location will be determined by ASEF as space is available, but staff will do their best to accommodate seat requests.

*Deadline for advertisement and recognition in the Gala Program is May 22.
**Deadline for slide to be included in the Scientific Session filler slide deck is June 5.
