The ASE Foundation invites applications for the inaugural Pamela S. Douglas, MD, FASE Research Scholar Award. A one-year (12 months) scholarship of $75,000 is available to support clinical or translational scholars in advanced cardiovascular ultrasound research. Application closes on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET.

The deadline to nominate a sonographer student for an Alan D. Waggoner Sonographer Student Scholarship Award has been pushed to October 30.

Nominated students will have until November 13 to submit their application packet.

National Coffee Day is September 29 & we’re hosting our 2nd annual ‘Donate A Cup to ASEF’ Day!

We’ll be celebrating all week, 9/27 – 10/3, with a fundraising goal of $5,000. Mark your calendars and plan to #BoostASEF with a contribution.

We are so excited to share with you our newest fundraiser, the ASE Legends Silent Auction! Prominent ASE members have volunteered their time and expertise to host a variety of virtual events, ranging from educational lectures to social happy hours.

Even though the Scientific Sessions is virtual, ASEF is still hosting the very popular CV Challenge. Here’s how it will work:

1. Sign up to participate by filling out this form.
2. Beginning August 8, track your steps with whatever device you have (pedometer, smart watch, phone, etc.)
3. August 9, send a picture of your step total for August 8 to Foundation@ASEcho.org.
4. August 10, send a picture of your step total for August 9.
5. The competition will run through 3pm EDT August 10. Submit your step totals for August 10 by 3pm EDT
