In early December 2022, we were close to meeting our Annual Appeal goal and by the end of the month we had surpassed it! The 2022 Annual Appeal raised over $266,000 from more than 2,500 individual donors. Thank you very much to all our of donors. The Foundation’s 2022 Annual Appeal goal is $225,000 and as of December 3, we have raised $212,606.34! We are very close to reaching our goal. Donate by December 31, 2022 to help us reach $225,000. Record Breaking GivingTuesday!

The Foundation’s 10th annual GivingTuesday fundraiser was its most successful yet! Thank you to the 165 donors who gave $37,559 between November 27 – December 3. We could not have surpassed our $30,000 goal with you! Special thank you to our champion donors who gave more than $8,000. They are: Karla Kurrelmeyer, MD, FASE; Jennifer Liu, MD, FASE; Bharatbhushan Patel, RDCS, RVS, RDMS, FASE; Neha Soni-Patel MEd, BSME, RCCS, RDCS (AE/PE), FASE; and the Patel Family Foundation. 

We surpassed our GivingTuesday goal of $30,000—thank you so much!

The ASE Foundation is ecstatic to share that we have already surpassed our $30,000 fundraising goal! Thank you to the 109 donors who have contributed a total of $32,457.94 as of this afternoon. Thank you for your support on GivingTuesday!

We may have reached our goal, but we are not done! The Foundation is still accepting donations towards its GivingTuesday fundraiser until December 3, so if you have not already done so—it is not too late to donate! Every donation brings us closer to our 2022 Annual Appeal goal of $225,000.

Douglas Award Application Extended

The deadline to apply for the 2023 Pamela S. Douglas, MD, FASE Research Scholar Award has been extended to October 4, 2022 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

This award will grant a one-year (12 months) scholarship of $75,000 to support a clinical or translational research scholar in advanced cardiovascular ultrasound research. More information available here.

The ASE Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2023 Pamela S. Douglas, MD, FASE Research Scholar Award. Textbook Auction OPEN TOMORROW

Early edition textbooks authored by Drs. Harvey Feigenbaum and Liv Hatle will be available for auction from May 5th to June 10th!

Go to the auction webpage to view the available textbooks and place your bid! All of the books authored by Dr. Feigenbaum have been signed. 100% of the winning bids will be treated as charitable contributions to the Foundation. More information available here.
